We're thrilled to unveil Field Trip, the newest addition to our coffee lineup. With our 'Project Blend', we strive to balance the comforting flavours of traditional coffee with the refined nuances of specialty brews. Now, with Field Trip, we’re taking it a step further. On a rotating basis, depending on coffee availability, we'll feature a single origin that shines as a bright flavourful filter coffee.
This exceptional coffee originates from the renowned Danche washing station, nestled in the Gedeo Zone of Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, a region celebrated worldwide for its vibrant and complex coffees. Grown at an altitude of 2,300 meters above sea level, the cherries thrive in high-elevation microclimates ideal for developing nuanced flavour profiles. As a natural-processed, Grade 1 coffee, it reflects the meticulous care and generational expertise of Yirgacheffe’s dedicated smallholder farmers. The result is a cup that not only delights the senses but also tells a story of sustainability, traceability, and a deep-rooted legacy of excellence in coffee cultivation
