Introduction and Acceptance of Agreement

Terms of Service agreement will not be useful or helpful if the user cannot find this agreement or is not required to explicitly to accept the Terms of Service. An explicit reference in the introduction of the Terms of Services (below) and a checkbox tool ensures an obvious, unequivocal acceptance and enforcement of the terms. By accessing or using our website, products and services, you are agreeing to being bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. Please ensure these Terms of Service are read carefully. They set out your rights and obligations and those of Sleeper Coffee Roasters in relation to this website and its content.
These Terms of Service apply to all users of this site, including, but not limited to, users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content. Sleeper Coffee Roasters reserve the right to change these Terms of Service and the content and products on www.sleepercoffee.com without prior notice. If you use this website after any changes, you are accepting the new Terms of Service. Please ensure you check these Terms regularly.
If you do not agree to all of the Terms of Service, you should not use the Sleeper Coffee Roasters service. If you have any questions relating to the Terms of Service, please contact us through our Customer Services before using the site and/or placing an order.”
Products and Services
There are certain products or services that may be exclusively available online at www.sleepercoffee.com which are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We reserve the right to limit these products or services that are offered. It is in our sole discretion to limit the sales of our products or services to any person. All pricing of our products and services are subject to change, without any notice or reasoning, at any time. We also reserve the right to alter the descriptions of any products or services at any time, without notice, and to discontinue any product or service, at any time, without any notice.
Pricing and Payment
The prices on www.sleepercoffee.com are quoted in GBP or Euros, depending on your location. You must pay in the currency in which is quoted, if your account does not hold the relevant currency, any payment through credit or debit card, will be exchanged to the amount charged to the currency of your country’s current rate.
Payments may be made by credit card, debit card, ApplePay, PayPal or by any other method we may introduce at our total discretion. Sleeper Coffee Roasters will not hold any credit card or debit card details, those details are held by third party providers. You may have to complete security checks, provided by your credit or debit card company, when completing your order.
We reserve the right to accept or refuse any order that is placed with us. We also reserve the right to, limit and/or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. In the case of an order that cannot be fulfilled, and where is deemed appropriate, you will not be charged or will be refunded any amount deducted by us back into your account.
For our subscription services, payments must be made on the relevant, monthly, date set when the initial subscription is set up. We reserve the right to terminate any subscription, without any notice or reason. With our recurring subscription service, if there is a failure of payment, we will attempt to take the payment from the card associated with your account again 2 days later up to a total of 2 times. If, after the final attempt, there is still a failure of payment, we contact you regarding this and your coffee will not be despatched until the payment is received. Following that, your subscription date will then be changed to the day of the successful payment. Any outstanding payments, you will be liable for the full payment. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any subscription or account on the basis of failure of payment.
If you wish to terminate your subscription with us, you must contact us and your subscription will be terminated, unless you specifically choose to do this, the terms of this service is continuous until cancelled. It is your responsibility to ensure with your relevant bank or credit card company, that there are no further payments being made.
By purchasing our products or subscription services, you are agreeing to provide accurate and current information for all transactions made on this site. If there are any updates to be made to your account, you agree to update this information (including, but not limited to; your current email address; credit/debit card numbers; expiration dates; and any other information required for a fulfilled transaction) promptly.
Shipping Policy
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and anywhere in Europe. At this time, we do not ship internationally outside of Europe. All of our coffee is roasted to order. Our roasters roast the coffee every Monday & Thursday so that it is then immediately packaged and made ready to be shipped on Tuesdays & Fridays. Once you have placed an order or a subscription plan, we will confirm your shipment date prior to checkout. Depending on when your order is placed, will affect the time awaiting for your order, as your order will be placed into the following days shipment. This is to ensure you receive the freshest coffee possible from us. If you wish to request a quicker order, please contact us through our customer services and we will try our best to help. We ship our products using Royal Mail & private couriers and we aim to have your orders arrive within 3 business days from dispatch. When the courier service takes over possession of the order, we are no longer responsible for any losses, delays or damages.
Returns, refunds & complaints
If in the case where you are not entirely satisfied with our product, please contact us through our customer services. When returning an item you have 14 calendar days to return this item from the date you received it. You will be responsible for any shipping costs when returning your item and these shipping costs are non-refundable. For an item to be eligible for return, it must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition in which you received it. Note that our gift vouchers are not refundable.

When we receive your returned item, you will be notified that we have received it. After inspecting the item, you will then also be notified whether we have accepted and approved your return or not. If a refund is entailed, the amount charged on the credit or debit card used at the time of the original payment, will be refunded to that same credit or debit card. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, your refunded amount will be back on your credit or debit card in a certain amount of days. If you have any complaints or dissatisfaction with the product(s) you have received, please contact us through our Customer Services.
Right to Changes
We reserve the right to change these terms at our sole discretion. By continuing to use this site, you are therefore accepting any changes or adjustments to these terms of service. We advise that you keep up to date by reading these terms of service on a regular basis.
The prices of our products and services are subject to change without any prior notice, at any time. We also reserve the right to cancel, suspend or modify our service without any prior notice, at any time
If an update affects your use of services or your legal interest, you will be notified 30 days prior to the update being enacted by the email address associated with your account. If there are any changes to our Privacy Policy, these changes will also be sent via email 30 days prior to the changes taking place.
Third Parties and Advertising
This site may contain links or advertisements to Third Party products, services and/or websites. We are not liable for any omissions or errors present in any Third Party Ads, nor liable for any sort of losses experienced as a result of your reliance or use of the Third Party Ads, including any of the services or products offered by these Third Parties. We are not responsible for ensuring the content of these Third Party Ads are accurate and complete. It is advised that you carefully read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policies of the Third Party website concerned before using their service or purchasing their products. Any complaints or concerns regarding the Third Party’s services and/or products, should be directed to the Third Party.

The website and all of the content and features of this site (including but not limited to, all software, registered trademarks, images, videos, text, information, graphics and the website designs) are owned by Sleeper Coffee Roasters. None of the content and features of this Site may be used – it may not be copied, republished, distributed, modified, sold or commercially exploited in any way without express permission from us.
Prohibited Use
As a user of this site, you are prohibited from, and therefore by using this site agreeing not to: a) use this site in an unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose; b) to solicit others into participating in unlawful acts; c) to, or any attempt to, obtain any personal information of others; d) use the site in any manner which interferes, damages or impairs the site or any person’s use of the site; e) to use this site in any way which harasses, defames, abuses, intimidates or harms another person; f) to, or any attempt to, upload viruses or any other forms of malicious coding that affects the functionality or operation of the services of this site; g) to circumvent or interfere with the security features of this site; or h) to violate the intellectual property rights, owned by Sleeper Coffee Roasters, of this site. The terms of service of this site is governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. By using this site, you are accepting that this site may not be used for any purpose other than which we make the site available for.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the site, without any cause or notice, if we note or suspect failure to comply with any provision of these Terms of Service. We may, in our sole discretion, delete your account and any information associated with your account, at any time and without any warning. In the event of termination, you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.
If your account or access to this site is terminated, you are prohibited from creating any new subsequent accounts: under your name; a false name; or under the name of a third party, even if you are acting on behalf of the third party.
Sleeper Coffee Roasters reserve the sole right and discretion, and without notice or liability, to deny or terminate access/use to/of this site, to any person and for any reason, including the breach of these Terms of Service.
Limitations of Liability
In no event, will we be liable to you for any: property damage; economic losses; loss of data; any technology failure; or any loss of goodwill, which arises from using the Sleeper Coffee Roasters service.
Sleeper Coffee Roasters make no warranties about the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information available on this site and therefore, shall not be liable for any errors or omissions in that available information. This site provides general information and we will not be responsible for any inaccuracies within the information provided. We will not be liable for any loss of content transmitted through this site or any interruptions of errors whilst navigating this site.
With respect to the applicable law, we disclaim, to the fullest extent permissible, any and all warranties of any kind (expressed or implied), in relation to our services and products.
