We’re removing the barriers to specialty coffee, making exceptional quality accessible to everyone.

FAQs
How long does shipping take?
All coffee orders placed before 12pm midday are dispatched the next working day (Mon-Fri) & sent via DPD Tracked service as default.
Customers in Northern Ireland benefit from DPD - Next Day delivery as standard.
Do you ship outside of UK?
Yes, to check your country's eligibility please enter your shipping information at checkout.
International orders are sent via Royal Mail & total parcel weight must be under 2kg.
What grind size do i need?
This depends on what you are using to brew your coffee at home, when adding our coffee to your cart you can select which grind option best suits your needs.
We personally recommend to buy coffee wholebean & grind at home yourself for maximum flavour. We also have some brew guides you can check out if you would like to learn more about home brewing.
Should I rest my coffee before using?
For the best results, we recommend leaving your coffee for 7 days from the label roast date before using. This allows the coffee time to naturally degas and let the flavours fully develop.
But by all means, enjoy your coffee from the moment you get the bag, it is all about personal preference.
Will my coffee expire?
Whilst coffee doesn't officially go out of date we would always recommend that you use your coffee within 3 months of the label roast date as over time the natural flavour components will break down within the coffee leaving a less satisfactory experience.
If you are purchasing your coffee pre-ground then we would recommend that you use it within 1-2 weeks as the drop off in flavour will occur much more rapidly due to the increased surface area.
