This coffee comes from small-scale organic farmers in southern Mexico, connected through Caravela’s sourcing and education programs. Since 2019, more producers have joined from remote communities, shifting focus from volume to quality and building more sustainable, long-term opportunities through specialty coffee production.

Los Milagros coffee farm isn’t just a single plantation, it’s actually a network of small coffee farms and producers in southern Mexico, mainly in the state of Chiapas, near the Guatemala border.
