Project has always been a best-seller, so making it our house espresso offering was a no-brainer. Season after season, we carefully source coffees known for their dependable quality and consistent taste, an approachable, crowd-pleasing coffee that’s easy to love.


While the origins may vary from harvest to harvest, the quality remains the same. We handpick our favourite lots from Brazil, Peru, Nicaragua, and Colombia, selecting beans that shine on their own or truly complement each other in a blend. The result? A full-bodied cup with beautifully balanced sweetness.

Think smooth chocolate, rich caramel, and roasted nuts, perfect for slow mornings or cozy evenings curled up with a good book.

From the heart of the Cerrado, Fazenda Pantano is a pioneering farm known for innovation and sustainability. With over 300 hectares of natural forest preserved - six times more than required by law - and more than 200 varietals under cultivation, this component brings structure, balance, and creamy sweetness to our espresso blend.

Colombia - Taita

Varietals: Caturra, Castillo, Colombia
Processing: Washed
Profile: Sweet finish, Zesty fruit, caramel tones

Sourced from multigenerational family producers, Taita embodies the passion and care of Colombia’s coffee heritage. Every cherry is hand-harvested with meticulous attention. This component adds a juicy sweetness and bright complexity, rounding out our espresso blend beautifully.
