TUMBAGA DECAF - COLOMBIA
Rooted in strong foundations, exceptional farmers, a precise process, and ideal mountain terroir this is a balanced, chocolatey, and sweet Colombian that we're quietly confident is one of the best on the market.

With a strong foundation, this coffee creates a balanced, chocolatey and sweet cup that we’re confident is up there with the best on the market!

Tumbaga is named for an alloy of gold, copper, and silver that was used throughout Colombia to make small, often religious, objects. This alloy symbolically married the contradictory energies of sun (gold) and moon (silver), producing a balance between opposites, much like our Tumbaga Sugarcane Decaf. An excellent cup without the caffeine, our Tumbaga will energise you without keeping you up at night.
Sourced through Sucafina Colombia, our Tumbaga Sugarcane decaf takes decaf coffee to the next level. While most decafs out there use older coffees, they start with high-quality coffee sourced from our integrated supply chain.
The decaffeination process magnifies sweetness and acidity, the team at sucafina carefully source for high body, high sweetness and low acidity.

This coffee is decaffeinated using the sugarcane process, a natural method native to Colombia. Ethyl acetate, derived from fermented sugarcane, gently removes caffeine while preserving the coffee's full flavour integrity - leaving nothing behind but a clean, sweet, and remarkably complete cup.
