Shipping policy

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and Republic Of Ireland (ROI). At this time, we do not ship internationally or to the rest of Europe. All of our coffee is roasted to order. Our roasters roast the coffee every Monday & Thursday so that it is then immediately packaged and made ready to be shipped on Tuesdays & Fridays. Once you have placed an order or a subscription plan, we will confirm your shipment date prior to checkout. Depending on when your order is placed, will affect the time awaiting for your order, as your order will be placed into the following days shipment. This is to ensure you receive the freshest coffee possible from us. If you wish to request a quicker order, please contact us through our customer services and we will try our best to help. We ship our products using Royal Mail & private couriers and we aim to have your orders arrive within 3 business days from dispatch. When the courier service takes over possession of the order, we are no longer responsible for any losses, delays or damages.
