Great coffee doesn't happen by accident. Behind every roast is a daily process that is careful, considered, and driven by people who genuinely care about the final cup. We wanted to take a moment to properly introduce the team who make it all happen, and shed some light on the work that goes on behind the scenes every single day.

	Stephen Head of Coffee Stephen leads the roasting program, overseeing everything from roast development and quality control through to green coffee sourcing. He works closely with our importers to build long-term relationships and ensure that quality and consistency remain the foundation of every decision we make. His approach is precise, flavour-focused, and always forward-looking. This is what shapes the profile and direction of every coffee that leaves the roastery.
	Hannah Head of Operations Hannah keeps the roastery running. She oversees day-to-day coordination across production, wholesale, and logistics. Ensuring the looking after existing wholesale partners, onboarding new clients, and managing the scheduling and communication that keeps everything moving smoothly. She works across every area of the roastery, and her role is what holds the daily workflow together.
	Ruairí Production & Logistics Ruairí is on the ground every day, working across production and logistics to keep things moving. From packing and order preparation to wholesale deliveries, he plays a vital role in ensuring that coffee reaches our customers and partners fresh and on time. His work is central to the daily rhythm of the roastery, and the operation wouldn't flow without him.

Together, Stephen, Hannah, and Ruairí bring a shared commitment to quality, craft, and consistency from the moment a green coffee is sourced to the cup it eventually ends up in. We are proud of the team we have built, and grateful every day for the work they put in.
