Speciality coffee can feel like a lot. A world of origins, processes, varietals, and tasting notes... each one interesting, but collectively easy to find overwhelming. At Groupwork, we wanted to change that. Not by simplifying what makes coffee special, but by creating a clearer way to move through it.

That is the thinking behind our Pillar System. A thoughtfully designed framework, structured like a spectrum, that gives every coffee a clear sense of place within our range  and gives every drinker a confident way to explore it.

At the heart of the system are seven distinct pillars, each representing a unique expression of flavour and experience.

Moving across the spectrum, the pillars range from bright, fruit-forward and expressive profiles, Field Trip being a vivid example, through to the rounded, chocolatey and comforting, where Balance sits at ease. Each pillar offers a clear point of entry, a defined character, and enough room within it to keep things interesting.
