Q. Tell us about Luna Coffee.
Aidan: I’m Aidan, owner of Luna Coffee in Castlewellan, County Down. We’re a specialty coffee shop that’s been running for 5 years now and our sole focus is just really good coffee.

Q. What appealed to you about working with Groupwork Coffee?
Aidan: I got to know Stephen and Hannah from visiting their coffee shop Railway Street in Newcastle. I think what appeals to me about Groupwork is they’re a large enough specialty coffee roaster to give you confidence in the quality of the product but small enough that you can just lift the phone to them for a chat. They really know how to get the best out of coffee and each batch is consistent and behaves predictably on espresso which gives me great confidence in the product. Besides from the coffee they’re just great to work with and they’re always there when you need them.

Q. What makes Groupwork a valuable partner for Luna Coffee?
Aidan: Besides from the coffee, they’re just great to work with, and they’re always there when you need them. Working alongside Groupwork has also opened up many doors for us as a business. We were very lucky to trade alongside Railway Street at the Open Championship and also the Irish Open, and I think the confidence the guys and Groupwork has in us, gives us great confidence in them.
