Field Trip is built on the belief that coffee is one of the most exciting ways to explore the world that a single cup, if sourced thoughtfully, can transport you to a hillside in Ethiopia, a valley in Rwanda, or a remote corner of Burundi without ever leaving your kitchen. Through carefully cultivated relationships with distinctive importers and farms, we're able to reach coffees that most roasters simply never encounter, lots that are unusual, exciting, and deeply expressive of the places they come from.
Every Field Trip release is different. The origins shift, the flavour notes evolve, and the stories change with each new exploration. One month you might find yourself in the fruit-forward highlands of East Africa, the next somewhere entirely unexpected.
